Could it not be possible to expand the search engine so that one can also choose to search for content in product specifications?
With us, we have a lot of information about the products lying in product specifications and it is inappropriate that the search does not find the goods that meet the search criteria just because the information lies as a product specification.

Doesn't anyone else see the benefit of customers being able to search for content in product specifications?

Very relevant - customers expect info to be found on the site then it will appear when they search for it.
