ActiveCampaign E-commerce tracking
With E-commerce tracking in ActiveCampaign, you get 3 major benefits:
- Automations based on the customer's latest purchase or previous order.
- See exactly how much your emails and automations have sold for directly in ActiveCampaign.
- See detailed purchase history on each contact.

E-commerce automations
For example, you will be able to set up automations and include data such as:
- Product ID and SKU
- Total Purchase Amount (Total Revenue)
- Total Orders
- Total Products Purchased (Total Products)
- Order Date & Order Time (Order Date & Order Time)
- Total Value of Last Abandoned Cart
- Last Product Name
- Last Product Category
And many many more..
Turnover tracking
Now you can see how much revenue your newsletters and automations have generated directly in Active Campaign, so you get a much better picture of performance. The system tracks if the customer makes a purchase with the same email up to 7 days after
receiving the newsletter.

Detailed purchase history
You can view detailed purchase history on your contacts such as: total revenue and total number of orders since you started using MCB.Cloud. You can also see all* the contact's previous orders as well as exactly which products the different orders contain.
*Historical orders are not imported, but all new orders are collected after we set up tracking.
