Error message in check out is deleted when using discount code
Confusion in check out?
It's too bad when customers are confused and think their discount code doesn't work. This often leads them to abandon their purchases.
Worse, however, if the confusion is caused by poor wording.
We must always be sharp in our formulations. That's why we've made a change to the text that appears in check out when a discount code is used. This means that the customer will now receive one message when the requirement to get the discount is not met, and another message when the code is approved. This minimizes the risk of confusion, abandoned baskets and calls to your Customer Service.
