Extend Cookie lifetime on iOS16.4+

The latest update from Apple has destroyed the advantage of server side tracking, and now also limits your server side cookies to 7 days.

We have created a solution together with Stape.io where cookies survive for a whole year, using a master cookie, which is used to recover deleted cookies.
