If you go under
Settings
and click on a business, it is now possible to create a
note
.
When a memo gets created, it gets logged,
who
created it, and
when
it's done.
This way, you can keep track of the notes and follow the activity from start to finish.
It is also possible to edit a previous memo if, for example, information needs to be added or removed.
In the system, it's going to look like this:
