Less confusion: 
We have simplified the SAVE feature on the employee side
We want to make the experience as simple as possible for you. That's why we've compiled the three previous “Save” buttons on the employee page into a single button.
When visiting the employee page, the “Save” button is now hidden by default. As soon as you make a change, a fixed bar pops up at the bottom of the screen with one unified “Save” button that comes with you when scrolling.
Simplified navigation: 
Stop doubting if you pressed the right button.
Less Noise: 
 The button only appears when you really need it.
Always available: 
 The new bar follows you on the page so you can quickly save your changes.
