It could give a boost to usability if we could add a search function to our filters. For example, some categories can easily have more than 20 types of type filters and this will make it easier for our customers to search for “Jacket” or “Bag” when they want to use a type filter. This could also be used on a filter like Brand, Properties, etc. In this way, customers do not have to read through all the filters to find what they are looking for, but can quickly and easily find the products they want. Examples of webshops that use this are: Matas (Brands), Kids World, Coolshop, Imerco and many more. I have attached a picture of the solution at Kids World.
