Possibility to create visual variant selector even if the products are created separately.
The connection is made by relating the products to each other.
The image in the variant selector is the main image of the product or an image swatch, which is added to the products.

Henrik hadn't you thrown a comment here? Didn't get to reply, and can't see it now - but we might be interested:)

Kristina Simonsen: Today we have all variants created individually in our ERP, but as variants in the Cloud. This is done by having a field with model number/name in common to all variants.
However, I could be interested in this solution, since we are looking into the fact that in the future all data will come from a PIM system, and since we have been told that Google today looks less at double content.
In addition to this task, it would also be nice to be able to link sizes to each other. Today we have different item numbers on sizes, so they are not created as sizes of the same item (e.g. suitcases), but it is very obvious to link these sizes together.
Of course, everything has to be dynamic so that the stock status determines and sizes/colors are displayed or not.

Henrik: Jørgen Bækgaard will you take a look at this? :)

Kristina Simonsen: We have requested this solution before, to give customers the opportunity for overview and navigation, but this was not possible. We are clearly very interested in this!

Kristina Simonsen: Isn't it less work for you to do like we do at Helm? Here we have a main product and variants below. So whether the bag is available in 1 or 40 colors, the work is the same in terms of mass editing, product text, etc.
