When you search for a company and then click on an employee to edit it, the employee's information opens in the same tab that you are in, and if you press back, the system performs the search again.
This process can be time consuming and prolong the workflow.
One possible solution could be to introduce an option where you can choose to have the employee's information open in a new tab. That way, the original search will remain open in the background and it will be easier and faster to return to the search.
