Back-end features

It would save us a lot of time that we could handle returns directly from MCB Cloud. We can already withdraw orders (Quickpay) directly from MCB Cloud, so it would be great if we could also handle the return process directly in the Cloud.

Add status to Returned Partially returned You have to be able to change it in the order. You must be able to search all returned and partially returned orders.

We need to be able to translate the product image into the export of products, so that we can better use AI to enrich product descriptions, etc.

I miss timing boxes, similar to slides in slideshows, so you have the opportunity to prepare content that will only be displayed for a limited time.

We have a desire to be able to make templates a little more user-friendly. Currently, it is not possible to move a region around including the content in an easy way. In fact, it is easiest to create a new one where you want to place it and then delete the wrong one. If one could add a “move region” so an entire region could be drag/dropped, it would make it somewhat easier to change its layouts. Maybe the feature essentially could actually replace the current “shift regions”?

Ability to put Alttag on product images. Currently the name of the product is used, but we have had a desire to be able to write a tag ourselves. Vote if it's a feature you want :-)

I would like to be able to relate a video to several items at once. Right now, you can only relate a video to one item at a time (i.e. one click per item a video has to be related to). Example: It would be smart if you could mark all of our 280 shaving brooms and then choose for a video to relate to all of these. So only 1 click - instead of 280 clicks :o))

EX: When the customer buys an item that costs more than 500 DKK, they get free shipping (with us). But after the discount code of -15%, the item costs less than 500 kr. Then the customer should pay for the freight, but the customer does not because the original selling price is based on the original selling price. This could be fine to have changed so that the customer pays shipping if the order is below the shipping limit.

Update the settings in Mail Certificate DKIM so that one can change them from mcb.cloud not from the old myaccumolo
