Integrationer

Integration with DAO should be made on MCB.CLOUD . If you want to have DAO as a shipping company in line with GLS and PostNord, it works so that when choosing delivery to the parcel shop, customers cannot choose a specific parcel shop themselves, but get delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on the data on the entered delivery address. This is not user-friendly for customers and may create drop-outs at checkout. This lack of integration puts a major constraint on all of us who would like to use freight companies other than GLS and PostNord.

Lost basket email mm. in AC: I would like to be able to get picture (s) + product info with the products that the customer has placed in the basket without completing the purchase.

As it is now, MCB Cloud uses an API solution with GLS parcel hops, which gives customers a significantly inferior choice of package hops than it needs to be. In its day, MCB chose to go with a solution that looks at parcel hops in the individual postcode instead of looking at the nearest parcel shops. Especially abroad, this means that many postcodes do not give any suggestions at all about parcel shops. But in Denmark, too, there are big differences. As can be seen from the example attached, one is presented with many times more options with the proposed solution. A clear benefit for the customer, which will have a positive effect on the conversion. So I suggest using this workaround to handle GLS package store queries: https://www.gls.dk/webservices_v4/wsShopFinder.asmx?op=SearchNearestParcelShops

Ability to import customers' historical order into Active Campaign.

Currently, syncing between mcb.cloud and Active Campaign does not support email addresses with + E.g. jacob+ nyhedsbrev@mcb.dk Featur is used by a few. We have 0.0000563% order in MCB.cloud where the customer has used + in their email address.

As a company with a warehouse in the big city, we miss this mode of delivery. This will mean that in larger cities you can offer same-day delivery and not least CO2 neutral because delivery can often be done by bicycle.

We have a desire to be able to add products to live sales that are not online in the shop. For example, it could be outlet items with single errors/defects that we do not want to spend time creating in the shop since the mail is heavy for a single item, but it would be super easy to be able to explain ourselves out of life that the bag, for example, has a small defect and is therefore sold at a sharp price. We also have some unique items which are again a heavy item to create, but can easily be sold live. Don't know if this can be solved with a product group where items in this should only be visible in the ELISA feed?

Possibility for unique discount codes to apply on specific product groups. So you can generate a webhook with a discount code that applies only to specific product groups and/or products. Add the same functionality as we know it from other discounts.
