It would save us a lot of time that we could handle returns directly from MCB Cloud. We can already withdraw orders (Quickpay) directly from MCB Cloud, so it would be great if we could also handle the return process directly in the Cloud.

Add status to Returned Partially returned You have to be able to change it in the order. You must be able to search all returned and partially returned orders.

We need to be able to translate the product image into the export of products, so that we can better use AI to enrich product descriptions, etc.

We could use the “search in description” option at the item group level. Today, this is only possible at the product level.

Once you have created a gift card code, it could be really smart if you could see how many people have used the gift card code during the associated order. Today we can only see the total amount. This is the same function, which is located under orders, where you can see how many bags there are.

I miss timing boxes, similar to slides in slideshows, so you have the opportunity to prepare content that will only be displayed for a limited time.

At present, one can choose free shipping as an option for a unique discount code. However, you cannot give free shipping without also having to choose to give a discount via percentage or amount. For example, 1 DKK discount. It could be useful if 'free shipping' could be an option next to 'percent' and 'amount'.

We would really like the system to automatically always transmit product specifications to all language layers. Today we have to click on the box “Use Danish text for all languages” every time we create a new item. It would be awesome if it was automatically turned on. And that we could instead turn it off if needed on individual items.

When we distribute goods, they usually have to be placed in a product group and then “upwards in the system” so that the item also appears in the above product groups... e.g. a roll of toilet paper, which must be placed in “Toilet rolls” under Toilet paper under Cleaning paper under Household. In accumolo, I had to mark the item (s) and then search the search box for the item group Toilet rolls and press “insert items”... then I could mark the items again and then otherwise just scroll up the list of product groups so that I could easily find the parent product group for “Toilet rolls” etc etc. The list remembered what I was looking for. In the Cloud, instead, it now shows the product groups called something with “toilet rolls” like the one I've been searching for. That is, I manually now have to enter and search for each of the above groups of goods, which takes quite a bit of time. On the bonus page, Clouden remembers which items I have selected. A combination of these two would be great, so Clouden both remembered which items were selected and which item groups are above the one I last placed an item in. It could save a lot of time, mistakes and head breakdowns.

As it is now, you can either choose to create a discount on an entire group of goods or painstakingly select the individual items you want to have a discount on. Sometimes we have promotions/discounts of 80/ 90% of large groups of goods, making it a somewhat time-consuming task to select several hundred products one by one. I think others have the same problem. Could you create a function where you can instead opt out of the few items in a product group that should NOT be discounted?
