Full service

When you contact an employee and need to save changes, there are 3 save buttons. It would be nice if there was only one save button, then when you press it it should apply to all columns.

We need to be able to pull a summary/report of deleted employees in FS

Change the order of the fields CPR No. Name E-mail 4th. Tel. If the field with cpr comes to the top, we will be able to see if the employee has been created in advance

Under “Filtering” we lack the option to be able to search by END DATE

We would like a Dashboard where you can see, for example: On the Admin page: How much has been searched for a home in VEU Number of students enrolled in a course Number of employees with a deadline within 90 days How many tasks are waiting On the Supervisor page (when customer is logged in) How much has been searched for a home in VEU Number of students enrolled in a course Number of employees with a deadline within 90 days

It could be useful to be able to create a course manually. There may be some cases where the course you create does not exist in “reality” but is still one you would like to have created on the training plan, since you have to call in an employee for renewal. The suggestion sounds on a button that could be called “Add course manually”. When you press it, a line will appear with a course code called 99999, so that all manual courses have a code so that they can be searched later. It should be possible to name the course and set a deadline. In addition to this, it should work like the other courses where there will be assignments for example for registration.

It will be useful if two user levels can be created for the school. The breakdown could be whether one has access to settings or not.

Since there is personal data in the Full Service solution, there must be 2-factor validation for the solution. This applies to both administrative access and customer login. MiTid will be preferable, it knows corporate customers.

Possibility to comment on companies, e.g. about appointments and visits. Preferably in the log so you can see who and when information has been received
