Since there is personal data in the Full Service solution, there must be 2-factor validation for the solution. This applies to both administrative access and customer login. MiTid will be preferable, it knows corporate customers.

It could be super cool with a mobile layout for the Total solution. When an employee receives a receipt email and sees it on their phone, as many do, then they may want to go in and look at the Course plan. As it is now it is very difficult to see. Whether you are logged in as an employee or a school.
